Welcome to the San Jacinto Mighty Mustang Band! Here are the instructions for completing your Instrument Rental Process. In an effort to teach our students the skill of instruction following, we ask that parents/guardians complete this form with their child, with the guidance of a Band Director.

If you have multiple children in the SJ Band, you will need to complete the Instrument Rental Agreement individually for each student.

Make sure to click "Submit" at the end of the last page so that all data will be submitted for our records. If you have any issues, please let your Band Director know.
