During days that ECSD is implementing our COVID-19 Hybrid Schedule we will provide breakfast and lunch combos free of charge to children who are not attending school on that day.  Please utilize the following form to let us know if you will be participating and how many breakfast and lunches combos you will need.  This form will allow to better plan for the number of breakfast/lunches that needed. You only need to fill this form out once.

A/B Schedule Middle School/High School Students
Schedule days will be Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday.  Pick-Up will be located at the rear of Middle School at Door 14.   The hours of operation will be 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.  If pick-up is an issue please contact your building administrator.

Please use the North Drive to go to Door 14 at the West end of the Middle School.  

Let us know how many meals by holding up the correct number of fingers.  

We will deposit the lunches in the bin on the table by the steps, please remain in your vehicle.

Once the worker has gone back to the building, exit your vehicle and grab your meals.


Wednesdays (All Students)
We will set up an in-vehicle grab and go lane utilizing the MS drop-off/pick-up lane on the East side of the HS/MS.  The hours of operation will be 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.  If pick-up is an issue please contact your building administrator.

Please enter the South Parking Lot Driveway and proceed North down the circle drive to the Middle School Entrance.

Let us know how many meals by holding up the correct number of fingers.
