Lee STEAM Fair Sign-up Form - 2025

The STEAM Fair is open to all Lee students.

Students will display their project at the Lee STEAM Fair, which is on Wednesday, April 30th from 8:15-9:55 (Media Center). All classes will visit the fair. Parents are welcome.

This form needs to be filled out for EACH PARTICIPATING CHILD (partners and/or siblings each need to fill out their own form). 

Students who register by Monday, March 31st will receive a STEAM Fair t-shirt from our PTA. 

Each student (or group) may pick up a presentation display board from Mrs. Chambers before or after school on Thursday, April 3rd (provided by LAEF!)

1) Scientific Investigation
2) Engineering Design

Please use this space to briefly describe your STEAM project idea. If you change your project after submitting this, send an email to Mrs. Chambers with the updated information (mchambers@losal.org)

** Student safety is of the utmost importance!  Projects should avoid student contact with chemicals, drugs, machinery, highly flammable materials, open flames, high voltage electricity and/or live animals.
