Please be sure you have read through our Event Packages thoroughly. This is a request form. Please fill out to the best of your ability and then email hello@ourpodfamily.com to let us know that you have submitted this form. Our admins will then follow up to confirm your date and details, followed by an email invoice and google calendar invite confirming your event. Thank you for considering us for your special day!!

Agree to pay 50% non-refundable deposit upon receipt, with the remainder due 14 days prior to the event. If cancelled with written notice before the two-week window, guests are eligible for a partial refund by request for any payment made beyond the non-refundable deposit.

Be sure to review the health policies under the FAQ page of our website, www.ourpodfamily.com. In addition to COVID restrictions and safety precautions, we also have a zero-symptom policy at all times and would ask that anyone with signs of illness remain home.

Guests agree to clean up after their party if not opting for a full service or a full clean-up add on amenity. Spaces must be left in the condition they were found or else the cleaning add-on fee applies and will be billed following the event.

Guests agree to honor and keep to the time slot in which their party is booked, including any setup or cleanup duties necessary. Failure to do so impedes on the other purposes of our small businesses and thus may result in twice the hourly rate billed for any exceeding time. Additional cost will be incurred from any stay beyond a 10-minute grace period.
