Mindfulness/Stress Management Workshop
The Prussing PTO would like to provide a free mindfulness workshop to parents and guardians in the Prussing community. It is a curriculum that has been developed over 10+ years out of Duke University to help individuals with stress, anxiety, sleep, and focus. The workshop consists of four one hour sessions over four weeks. We can offer it in November on weeknights after 5pm or on Sundays. Please fill out this survey so that we can determine what the best time will be.

This is not an official registration for the workshop, we just want to get an idea of when would be best to offer it.
