2025 Schwandt Studio Senior Sessions

To Schedule a session with Schwandt Studio for the class of 2025 Seniors:

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CONSULT WITH YOUR PARENT OR GUARDIAN BEFORE SUBMITTING AND THEY ARE AWARE OF COSTS AND DATE YOU'RE CHOOSING!  


Please fill out this google form.  Once you've submitted the form you will receive a square invoice via email for your deposit with in 72 hours.  Once your despite is received you will receive another email from Melissa confirming your scheduled senior session.  Dates will be held for 48 hours after deposit request has been sent.  If deposit is not paid, your date will be released.  Date requests will be filled in the order they are received, so please pick 2 dates in case your first has already been filled by someone before you.  If you have any questions about the process, please feel free to contact Melissa at MelissaSchwandt@gmail.com

Helpful Tips For Choosing a Date:
Morning Session times are 8a-11a
Evening Sessions are anytime after 3:30p until Sunset
You can choose your start time, for example, if you choose a morning session and you'd like to shoot for 1.5 hours we can start shooting at 9:30a or you can start at 8a and be done by 9:30a
Athletes that would like gym/stadium/field/court photos, it is easier to gain access to these facilities in the summer months or on Sundays, although I do not recommend Morning Stadium Sessions. 
It will be your responsibility to get permission to use school facilities, along with getting uniforms and any other equipment or gear you'll want in your portraits. This will mean speaking to your coach.  I highly recommend you do this as soon as you book your session.  Send them an email so it's on their radar!!
I DO NOT have keys to any school facilities.  You will have to get permission and access for us to be on school property.

Session Pricing:

$125 non refundable deposit to hold date and time.  
Sitting fee is $375 for the first hour and $100 for each half hour after, up to 3 hours.  (for reference, average session time is 1.5 hours with 3 outfits or 2 outfits and 2 locations)
 
As many locations and outfit changes as you'd like in your allotted time.
Included in your sitting fee you will receive a 20 page, 8x8in softcover proof book with all processed photos in it along with a digital copy of your yearbook photo with printing rights.

Phone consultations will be set up to talk about location options, time frame you'd like to stay within for your session and the feel/vibe you're looking for in your photos along with outfits and planning for locations and drive time.  These consultations will be scheduled roughly two weeks before your session.

For all sessions, a preview day will be scheduled after photos are processed to view your photos and go over special print pricing, order deadlines and how to choose your yearbook photo.

For planning and budgeting, Preview Day Print Packages range from  $425  unto $1,000 or you have the option for Al-a-Cart ordering. Al-a-Cart  print and download prices can be found when clicking on any senior gallery at SchwandtStudio.com and clicking the buy photo button.

If needed, I do offer payment plans.  Please contact me if you would like more information about this.

All payments will be billed through a square invoice. A valid email address is required.  A 3.5% square fee will be added to each transaction along with taxes.  No Venmo payments will be accepted.  Cash or check will be accepted for the remainder of your sitting fee and  for Preview Day Print Packages, but not for the deposit.

$50 date change fee will be charged if you need to reschedule your session.  

If there is inclement weather on your session date, I will be in contact with you regarding if you'd like to try to shoot that day OR if you'd like to reschedule.  No change fee will be charged for a weather reschedule.

Your Date and Time will only be reserved once your $125 (plus 3% square fee and taxes) non refundable deposit has been received.  You will receive an email with confirmation of your session date and time along with options for  phone consultation dates and times.

Your $125 deposit will be applied to your sitting fee.  Payment for your sitting will be billed with a square invoice after your session.  Payment is due upon receiving your invoice.  A 3% square fee along with taxes will be billed with each invoice.

If you are in need of a payment plan, please let me know at time of booking.  I am more than happy to work with families and set up a payment plan that works with your budget.

NO VENMO PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED 

Cash and check payments can be arranged for sitting fee payments only.  All deposits will be collected through the online invoice.
