Co-blogger application form
Hi everyone!

I'm Birdie, the owner of a book blog named Birdie's booktopia that is about to completely rebrand. In November, I will be changing things from its name to its lay-out + I will be looking for a co-blogger!

I really like working in team since multiple perspectives always add something to the table and because blogging can be a lonely experience, I'd love to have a friend I can share this passion with! I'm looking for someone that's creative and passionate (experience is not something I'll be paying a lot of attention to), but most importantly: someone who matches my energy so we can have fun and be friends!

Here are some other things I expect from a co-blogger:
- Produce bookish content about once a week! This can differ from reviews to interviews to lists to discussions to...well, everything! I am not looking for anything specific.
- You will have to spend some time blog-hopping, too. This means following book blogs, reading their posts, liking them and commenting.
- You have to read diversely (very important for this blog) and read YA fiction, too. "Booktopia" focuses on diverse literature and is definitely not limited to YA since I'm looking to include more MG and Adult fiction, too, but it will always be an important part.
- Social media is key for me. I will ask you to be somewhat active on Twitter and Goodreads (you don't have to be present there at the time of applying to this). However, having Instagram or Tiktok is just a bonus.
- Communication is essential, too. Sometimes we will have to call to brainstorm or just to talk about some things. We will read each other's posts before they go live and, of course, before either of us changes something to the blog, the other will have to agree.
- Another bonus: having Discord.
- Unfortunately, I do pay for my blog and will have to ask my co-blogger to contribute to that. It would be €25 every six months (I pay a bit more).
