If you are a virtual student who requires transportation for any of the AICE exam days, please fill out this form NO LATER THAN SUNDAY, APRIL 18, 2021 at 11:59 PM.

PLEASE FILL OUT ONE FORM PER DATE THAT YOU NEED TRANSPORTATION.

Once your request has been received by the transportation department, you will be sent bus information for both to school in the morning and home from school in the afternoon. You are not required to use it both ways.

Please note: If you need transportation TO school on the day of an afternoon exam, you will need to come to school in the morning. If you need transportation home FROM school on the day of a morning exam, you will need to stay at school for the remainder of the day following dismissal from your exam. In either scenario, you will be sent to a location where you can log into your virtual classes, do your school work, or study.

This form is due on SUNDAY, APRIL 18, 2021, and late requests are unlikely to be able to be honored.
