Thank you for your interest in the Sleepover Party Package.

HOW IT WORKS:
•  Once we receive your submitted form, we will respond to you within 48 hours.
•  We are accepting party locations within 20 minutes of Mequon/Thiensville area. Additional delivery fees may incur for further locations.
•  All items are rentals. You can purchase additional add-on items such as party favors.
•  We do not set up in homes/venues with smoking.
•  You provide table and chairs for seating.
•  Food is not provided.
•  Add-on games are available for entertainment.

SET UP:
•We will need at least two hours for set up depending on how many guests. We will work with you on what time we will set up prior to your guests arriving.

•The space needed for our tents are 3'x7' per tent. The area in your home needs to be cleared prior to arrival. Our Party Crew is not responsible for moving any items or furniture that belong to our customers.

•We have a strict NO SMOKING policy.  All our parties must be held in smoke-free environments. Let’s Celebrate, LLC reserves the right to forfeit your booking without refund if we find your property contains cigarette (vape, cigar, etc.) smoke odor.

•We are a pet-friendly company! We love our animals. However, pets could damage our equipment and rental items. Please ensure that all pets have been detained in a designated area prior to set up time. Please make sure pet hair, pet urine or sharp objects (nails) are not on our equipment during use.  Any damage or additional cleaning may incur additional fees.

•Safety! Be sure the area used for any of our parties is clear of any sharp objects. No jumping or climbing on equipment and rental items.
   - Our sleepover parties are recommended for children ages five and above.  
   -If balloons are used: Choking Hazard - Children can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Keep
    balloons away from pets.
   -String Lights or Tray Lights – are either USB operated, or battery operated and do not present a hazard.
   -Non-slip mats are placed under mattresses. Poles have a rubber or silicone protector.
   -All items are cleaned prior to set-up.

TAKE DOWN:
•  We will arrange a time with you to retrieve our rental items.  
•  The package cost is for one night only.
•  We will retrieve all our items. They are expected to be in the same condition as when we dropped them off.
•  Fabrics will be placed in a bag for immediate cleaning.
