Refer 2 NEW CONSIGNORS - You will receive an additional 5% of your sales

Refer 3 NEW CONSIGNORS - You will receive an additional 10% of your sales

IMPORTANT:  
~ Referred Consignors cannot be immediate family members and must have never consigned with Rhea Lana's of Franklin previously to count towards this incentive.
~ New Consignors must consign at least 30 items to be counted toward this incentive. (Must be entered and checked in at the event.)
~ Incentives may not be deferred to future events.
~ Only one incentive may be applied per event.  
~ Referrals will ONLY be captured by filling out this form.  Form must be filled out and submitted by Aug 15, 2022.
~ Percentage will be added to your account once the referring consignor has checked in their items into the upcoming event.
