Will there be additional guests in your room. If so how many other adults or children will be in your room. Please include the ages of all children in your room. *
How many days of park tickets will the guests in your room need? If you are an Annual Passholder please leave that as your answer. *
Do you have preferred resorts you would like us to quote for your guests? If yes please list them. We attempt to offer a Value, Moderate and Deluxe option for guests in our quotes unless you request we only quote specific resorts. If no, please let us know that you would prefer we pick the options that best work with your event locations to help limit distance between transportation pick-ups etc. *
Would you like us to include the pricing for one of Disney's Dining Plans in the Spreadsheet we will send? (Please note to save time and limit confusion we can only price one dining package with packages in your initial spreadsheet to share with guests. There will be directions in the email we send that they can request a more customized quote.) *
Please tell us about you the makeup of your guest rooms.  Will they mostly be rooms with two adults, will you have rooms with four adults in them, or is your guest list made up of families that will be bringing children? If so please include a breakdown of those families with the child's age at time of travel. Example "Most of guests will have two adults in their room but we will have 1 family with 2 adults and 3 children (10, 6, 4) and 1 family with 1 adult and 2 children (4, 6)." This information lets us try to create a pricing spreadsheet that helps your guest from the start. *
Please tell us about you the makeup of your guest rooms. What are the two sets of dates you would like us to quote in the initial information you will be sharing with your guests. For example if your dates are 8/1-8/10 and your wedding is 8/5 you may want rates for 8/3-8/7 and 8/4-8/9 depending on your plans and what events you want your guests to attend. *
