As 2023 begins, you're invited to fill out an estimate of giving card indicating how much you or your family plans to give to the VUMC Mission and Ministry General Budget. While it is helpful for the Leadership Team to have some idea of pledges and the income we might receive for the year, that is not the purpose or the driving force behind the commitment card or estimate of giving card– instead, you’re invited to fill out a card and to make a commitment because stewardship is a spiritual practice God calls us to. When we make a commitment to God through the act of generosity, we’re asking God to keep us accountable. And, we’re demonstrating that we believe in a God who takes our gifts and turns them into abundance for others, whether people need love or food, joy or friendship, a safe place to worship or a place to lead and serve. We have a God who can do more than we could ever ask or imagine, it’s up to us to put our faith and trust in this God!

If you aren't already, we encourage you to set up recurring giving. You can do this in two easy ways:
1. Set-up monthly giving at PayPal here: https://www.paypal.com/donate/?cmd=_s-xclick&hosted_button_id=M7LABVCJ9UX7S&source=url.
2. Set-up Bill Pay with your bank. With PayPal, the church is charged fees for each transaction. Bill Pay is unique in that there are no fees for you or the church. Your bank will send the church a check when you set-up this option.
