Club Felis:  Everybody Wants to be a Cat!
This is the registration form for Club Felis, a larp by Martin Brodén, Ada Fredelius and Anna-Karin Linder offered by Larp House and Make a Scene. For more information about the game and play style,  visit the Larp House webpage!
 
Club Felis will take Place Friday May 12 , 2023 6 - 10 PM Caydence Records & Coffee in St. Paul MN  Please complete this form to request your ticket. You will be notified within 1 week if you are in the game! 

How Tickets for Club Felis Work
  1. Sign up on this form to request a ticket; we will let you know within a week if you have a ticket.  Characters and event details will come with or shortly after your ticket. 
  2. Tickets are first come, first served but with priority given to people who have not been able to attend events with us before.
  3. There are only 40 tickets for Club Felis, so you cannot just bring a friend. Please ask them to sign up too. You can state you will only attend together if you wish.
  4. Tickets are FREE. You will have the opportunity to make a free-will donation at the event. We request $0-$25 based on your capacity to pay, and the value you find in the experience.
  5. Please let us know if you cannot use your ticket so we can pass on your ticket on to others.  If you want to pass it to another person yourself, you need to let us know and they need to sign up.
Your registration information will be shared with certain Larp House officers (all members of the Positive Play Committee and the Creative Director), and with the larp organizers. This is for purposes of planning, communication, and participant safety. 

Signing up for any Larp House event will add you to the Larp House mailing list if you are not already on it. The purpose of the mailing list is to inform members of upcoming events, including future larps, larp workshops, and General Committee meetings. You can unsubscribe from this list at any time.

Covid policy

Vaccination: Attendees need to be covid vaccinated and boosted to the extent recommended by the CDC for their demographic group. Bring proof of your vaccination status for inspection during check in, which could be your card, a picture of it, a document on your phone, etc. Our policy means that for most people, you will need the most recent bivalent booster two weeks before play or we will turn you away at the door. Please reach out if you have any questions about this.

Masks: We will be playing in a crowded but well ventilated coffee shop venue, with outside patio space. N95 masks or better are required while inside , and we will have a few to share. You must be masked while inside unless you are on the stage preforming.

If you have any symptoms of covid, stay home. If you are able to, take a rapid test before arrival.

Club Felis will be hosting the Cat of the Year contest, as it does every week. Short talent and karaoke acts are welcome! You can both judge and perform or you can do neither. Please note that the stage area is raised with a couple of stairs. If you want to perform and stairs are an access barrier, please note that below and we will reach out to you to find a solution that works for you. Please check all that apply *

Club Felis has a house jazz band, the Scat Cats. Would you like to be contacted about playing or singing live jazz with the band?  This does not require you to play, just starts the conversation.

Club Felis will take place at Caydence Records and Coffee 900 Payne Ave, St Paul, MN 55130.  Metro Transit route 64 with 14, 30, and 32 stop nearby, but we know buses are not for everyone. If you need a ride or can share a ride, please indicate below. If you sign up for this, your contact information will be shared with others who are interested in ride sharing.
