This form is for those individuals who do not know their username and/or password for Campus Portal. You will need this in order to log in and register your child(ren) for the 23-24 school year. Registration will open in early August and can be done online prior to the District Wide Back to School Day. Your password will not automatically reset. You will be sent an email when it has been done. Be aware, you may NOT receive an email until staff is back in the office on August 1.
