Thank you so much for being interested in ordering a custom piece from Cute and Clay! Before submitting your commission request please, take a look at the following guidelines:

* Commissions start at $35 
Price will vary depending on complexity, how many pieces, and shipping method.

*Commissions will take 3 to 4 weeks to make, paint, fire, glaze and then ship. If I finish your commission early, I will let you know.

* Once I have approved your commission request, we have sketched or talked about your idea. Typically I will send a listing to your email or social media for you to pay after the first firing. I will not send out your piece until I have your full payment.

*I will get back to you in 1 -2 business days to confirm your commission or ask for any more information I might need.

*I will send you a sketch and updates to your email or social media account in case you want to change/fix anything. Once  the sketch is to your liking, I will stick to that sketch to make your custom piece!

*I don’t copy other artist’s work or art style. I do take photo references of objects, your pets, family members, or friends. Please don’t ask me to make something cheaper version of some else’s art 🙏

* Refunds on custom orders are not available if item has names or is something too specific to resell. Example: a custom order piece of a pet with their name on it or a mug with your wedding date.
