Welcome to the 2022-2023 school year!

College Wood Elementary is privileged to work with several community partners to meet an array of student and family needs. Resources available to students and families include, but are not limited to holiday assistance, clothes, coats, personal hygiene items, extracurricular sports financial assistance, rental and utility assistance, internet assistance, childcare, tutoring, mentoring, and mental health counseling.

If you are interested in receiving assistance this school year, please complete the following form. Form replies will be submitted directly to Sarah BruBaker and will be kept confidential from all other Carmel Clay School staff and students. If your family is not in need of financial assistance or referral for services, you do not need to complete this form.

Family and financial situations can change unexpectedly. If you would like to speak to Mrs. BruBaker directly about your situation, please contact her at sbrubake@ccs.k12.in.us or by phone at (317) 733-6430 ext. 2058.
