JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Swim Instructor: Responsible for for instructing swim lesson participants assigned to them by the Swim Academy admins as well as for the safety of each participant in their lesson.  Presents professional appearance and attitude at all times and maintains a high level of customer service.

Rec Swim Coach:  Analyze swim techniques and determine skill levels for swimmers assigned to their groups.  Will be responsible for creating workouts under the direction of the Head Coach and division director, educating swimmers on various swim techniques.

Lifeguard: Maintain safety of swimmers in pools and on-deck.  Monitor water conditions and enforce safety rules.

Summer Camp Counselor:  Guide and ensure the safety of all camp participants while providing a fun and engaging environment.  Presents a professional appearance and attitude at all times and maintains a high level of customer service.

Front Office Staff: Greet and check members and guests in as they enter the facility using our automated member software.  Answer and route phone calls to the correct departments.  Be able to provide general information about the facility offerings and programs.
