Wilcox County Schools Chromebook Request for Quarantined Students
This form is to request a Chromebook for a student currently quarantined for COVID-19. The student may borrow a Chromebook only for the duration of quarantine, and must return it and the charging cable to the school when he or she returns to school.
There will be a limited number of Chromebooks available for checkout. Please do not request one unless necessary.
Acceptable Use Policy:
1. I will use resources provided for online courses for authorized educational purposes only.
2. I understand that my parents and I are liable for any improper use of or damage to the school’s Chromebook and I agree to pay for any needed repairs or to replace the Chromebook if needed.
3. I know that I must have reliable internet access for virtual learning.
4. I understand that if I access a school owned Wi-Fi ranger or school owned internet service that I must adhere to the school system acceptable use policy found in our student handbook.
