Willamette Valley American Inn of Court: New Member Registration 2022-2023
This form is to register NEW members. Members returning from last year or prior years should use the shorter Opt-in registration form at https://forms.gle/F3nb5HRwfrw88EETA.  

Meetings are typically held the third Thursday each month from September through May (except in December). We are currently planning to host hybrid (in-person/virtual) dinner meetings with the following schedule:  
5:30 pm - Cocktail hour
6:15 pm - Inn announcements
6:30 pm - Presentation (1 CLE credit will be sought)

The board is in the process of securing meeting space and confirming the rest of this year's schedule. Watch the website for updated schedule information.

Starting in August, WVAIC will send out annual dues invoice to the email address(es) you provide on the registration form. The invoice, due upon receipt, will provide the options of paying dues online by credit card or by submitting a check. Dues for this year are set at:
- Master of the Bench (15 or more years in practice) $330
- Lead Barrister (10-15 years in practice) $310
- Junior Barrister (5-10 years in practice) $250
- Associate (Less than 5 years in practice) $195
- Willamette University Law Student $75

WVAIC seeks to build and retain a diverse membership of legal practitioners. We recognize up-front costs may be a barrier for some and have taken the following steps to balance accessibility to membership with costs to the Inn: (1) providing an option to pay by credit card (yes, checks will still be accepted); and (2) offering the option for individuals to seek a cost reduction or deferral. Attendance at each monthly meeting is critical to fostering professionalism and collegiality; and I therefore agree to attend most (if not all) meetings.

If I cannot attend a meeting (either in-person or virtually), I will timely notify the Inn President by emailing WillametteValleyAIC@gmail.com.
