If you are submitting bids for multiple events, a separate submission needs to be done for each event. Your bid submission answers will be emailed to the address designated directly below once you've submitted this form (which you're welcome to plug in exact answers from a previously submitted bid form to fill out additional bid submissions).

Please allow for about 20 minutes to complete your bid submission. Bid submission captures most information that USQ will need to make an informed decision on determining an event host.

Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI)
If you are in a city/state with discriminatory legislation or policies that restrict the rights of marginalized communities (ex. anti-trans laws), this will be weighed when evaluating your bid. If you are selected as the host, USQ will be performing advocacy work leading up to the event, including direct outreach to public officials in opposition of these laws.

There are states that have restrictive bathroom bills or licenses to discriminate bills geared towards medical treatment at hospitals for an injury. Due to this, a state with those laws in place is not eligible to host US Quadball Cup 2026. (You are able to host any other US Quadball event though) To view the full list of states that are not able to host this event, please visit usquadball.org/bidding
Has your organization and partner organizations in your community been making strides to combat racism, inequality, and violence against Black, indigenous, people of color, and the LGBTQIA+ communities? If so, please provide examples.

Examples: Facility has a deal with Coca-Cola, so no competing beverage sponsorships for the event or venue does not allow alcohol so no alcohol sponsorships.

  • Full facility/field cost covered by DMO
  • Minimum cash bid fee - (USQ Cup $10k / Quadballfest $1k / All-Star $4k / National Qualifier $3.5k)

  • Minimum in-kind support (or additional cash support) - (USQ Cup $12k / Quadballfest $1k / All-Star $1k / National Qualifier $500)
