Be part of our trading village across the weekend - bringing variety for the whole family!

Family Fest 2021, taking place on the first weekend of the summer holidays, 24th & 25th July 2021, brings the family and the community together and our 2021 festival includes traders, family funfair, food corner, eco hub, dog show, kids zone and more across the two days. Our vision is to bring families and the community together in a safe, vibrant, and energetic festival site.

If you trade at events and small festivals, we're looking for you to be part of our 2021 trading village. We have space for over 50 traders on-site and we are looking for your business to bring our village to life. From artists to pop-up shops to animal businesses, we're up for seeing if anything would work and invite you to fill out our trading application for Family Fest 2021.

As a festival, we can provide the following:

- a trading space at your chosen size
- 2x trading passes for your chosen pitch
- social media engagement for your business pre, during and post-festival
- new traders area on our website pre, during and post-festival
- your business name in our 2021 programme (digital or print TBC)

To be part of our 2021 festival, we ask that you have the following:

- knowledge and experience of working within an event of any size
- committed to trading between the hours of 11am and 7pm for your trading days
- committed to following any Covid-19 rules in place for your trading space
- up for trading in any type of weather - whatever the British weather throws at us

We are proud to be supporting local charities Cherry Tree Nursery and YMCA Bournemouth for our 2021 festival and if you are able to promote our festival via your socials, we would be grateful.

We understand that 2020 was a tough year for all traders and this is why you can rest assured that if our festival has to be cancelled due to any restrictions in place, we will offer you a full refund or transfer of pitch to 2022.
