你所提供的個人資料將會作入學申請、登記、學術、行政及市場統計之用，培正專業書院職員會全權處理有關資料。如有需要，有關資料可能會讓為本課程提供服務的供應商索閱。所有資料將會保密及妥善處理。
The information you provide is handled by the staff members of Pui Ching Academy for admission, registration, marketing and other administrative and academic purposes. At times, the said information may be shared with service provider(s) of the programme. All information will be kept confidential.
申請表格必須連同報名費及香港身分證、學歷證明副本一併遞交。如申請表內資料或證明文件不詳盡，可能會影響申請資格。
The application form should be completed and submitted with the application fee, the photocopies of your HKID card and academic transcripts / certificates. Incomplete information may affect application.
當申請程序及入學資格審批後，所有有關落選申請者的申請表格將會被毀滅；而所有入選申請者的申請表格將會被留為學生紀錄，只有培正專業書院的職員或為本課程提供服務的供應商才能處理有關資料。
After the enrollment exercise, information of unsuccessful candidates will be destroyed; and information of all successful candidates will be reserved and can be accessed by Pui Ching Academy and other service provider(s) of the programme.
根據個人資料(私穩)條例，申請人有權查閱及更改其個人資料，亦有權擁有其呈交的個人資料的副本。申請人如須查閱或更改其個人資料，請來函本院。
You have the right of access and correction with respect to your personal data as stipulated in Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. Your right of access includes the right to obtain a copy of the personal data you provided. Please write us if need arises.
培正專業書院（培專）為香港浸信會聯會轄下之非牟利持續教育院校，其教育局註冊學校編號為550388。為進一步反映培專與香港浸信會聯會的關係，培專現正積極考慮於2020/21學年正名；學員獲發之培專學習證明或會以正名後之院校名稱發出。
Pui Ching Academy (PCA) is a non-profit making continuing education institution of Hong Kong Baptist Convention and registered under the Education Bureau (Registration No.: 550388). In order to further reflect its relationship with the Baptist Convention, PCA is considering to rename in the academic year of 2020/21. Leaners may receive his/her learning credentials with the new school name.
