Welcome to the Texas League GRiT Coach, Ambassador, and Junior Ambassador (collectively called GRiT Leaders) program! Our mission is to get more girls on bikes while showing that mountain biking is a fun, lifelong sport. The best way to get #moregirlsonbikes is to create a community where we can share our excitement, encourage one another, and spread the word through various outlets. The GRiT Leadership team is an opportunity to develop leadership skills and have an awesome time riding bikes and hanging out together. As part of this leadership development and making GRiT awesome, we are asking that all Ambassadors and Junior Ambassadors fulfill certain requirements for the each season. We are opening applications Spring 2024 for a term that lasts from August 2024 to May 2025. As part of your application, you will need to describe your leadship skills, ways you hope to grow as a leader, and jhow you can help with GRiT and getting #moregirlsonbikes.
