I hereby warrant, that the entered vehicle is on the road legally, is being driven by the registered entrants with the owners permission, and is covered by liability insurance of not less than the minimum requirements for the state of Wisconsin. I further warrant that the vehicle is in safe operating condition, and the driver warrants that he/she is in possession of a valid driver’s license.
