Oregon CUPA-HR Board Nominations
Please use this form to nominate yourself or another person for one of our open board positions.

Thank you for your interest in a position for the Oregon chapter of CUPA-HR.

Advance the higher ed HR industry and make meaningful connections by working closely with other pros when you join the CUPA-HR Oregon Chapter Board of Directors. If you have a passion for higher ed HR, we have opportunities to build your leadership skills, grow your professional network and make a positive impact on your peers. Whether you’re early in your career or a Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), your involvement can strengthen the association and open new doors for you.
 
By serving on the board, you’ll play an instrumental role in planning our chapter’s professional development/networking events and connecting with our members.
 
Please consider that in order to be a member of the board:
• You must be listed as a representative of a higher education institution that is a member of the CUPA-HR national organization.
• You must be an employee of a post-secondary educational institution in Oregon.
• You must be a human resource professional who is currently in the field with no less than 50% of her/his job devoted to human resources activities.
• You must be willing to demonstrate commitment to the Chapter and its activities and provide leadership that is consistent with CUPA-HR’s commitment to providing equal opportunity for participation in all aspects of the organization without regard to race, religion, gender, national/ethnic origin, sexual orientation, age, veteran, disabled status or any other protected status category.
