ATTENTION: Is your request urgent? "Urgent" needs hinder your ability to live safely (as opposed to comfortably). This would include an active fire/smoke event, water flow that is unable to stop, smell of gas, inability to open or lock your door, inability to close your blinds, anything that would risk electric shock. Additionally, issues with your AC would be classified as urgent.

After 7pm, you may contact RA On-Call: 512.342.4100, ext. "2"  

If you are unable to reach either RD or RA on-call, please call the University Police Department at 512.448.8444. (they are available 24hr/ day, 7 days/week)

NOTE: Submitting a routine needs request as "urgent" will not be allowed. Residents who call in a routine request will be redirected to complete this maintenance request form.
