Please select the volunteer areas of interest to you and identify if you can take a leadership role or prefer a supporting role. Volunteer areas with only a "Lead this activity" option are smaller tasks that can be managed by one person.
Anyone volunteering to lead an activity will be provided with all the necessary guidance and resources from the co-chairs of the 5th Grade Committee.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This form is about volunteering to help plan, coordinate and execute these activities. It is a not a sign up to attend or volunteer at these events. Event specific sign-ups will be handled by the volunteer committees and be sent out prior to each event.
