South Davie 6th Grade Band 2021 Enrollment Form
5th Grade Parents and Students,

We want your student to be in our band! During this time, we need any and all interested and motivated students to help us build our program back post-COVID. Band is an opportunity that your student will not want to miss out on!

To get enrolled into 6th grade band, complete this form!

As a note, flute and percussion have limited spots and percussion will require 2 positive teacher recommendations before placement is confirmed. Further, we start percussion students on mallet percussion and not "drums". Piano experience preferable for these students but not required.
