Virtual Tutoring
Program runs FEBRUARY 2nd, 2022 - MAY 17th, 2022
1:1 tutoring on Tuesday evenings from 6:30-8pm
Meet on Zoom
Community-Based Tutoring
Program runs FEBRUARY 2nd, 2022 - MAY 17th, 2022
1:1 tutoring as scheduled weekly with your student for 1.5 to 2 hours
Sessions last 6-8 weeks with the option for renewal
Meeting locations are either on Zoom or in person at a safe, public location near the student's home
IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE, TUTORS MUST:
* Be at least 18 years of age
* Be dependable and consistent in meeting time commitments
* Complete this application
* Complete a background/CORI/SORI check
* Complete a volunteer orientation 2/2/2021 5:30-7:30pm
We are looking for tutors/mentors who can make a commitment to working with Girls Inc. middle and high school students for the Spring 2022 semester. Students and mentors will be matched according to personal interests, tutoring needs, schedules etc. We look forward to reading your application and will be in touch with next steps in January. Deadline to apply is January 10th.
