Thank you for your interest in serving as a New Member Mentor! Serving as a mentor is a fun and simple way for your to share your passion for our club while helping a new member become engaged! It's all about connecting through checking-in, answering questions, and sharing why you are in Rotary. This form will just take simple contact information for pairing mentors.
Mentoring lasts through the induction process until the new member has completed all membership requirements and has received their official blue Rotary badge.
As a reminder, to earn the blue badge, new members must:
- Join a committee
- Take attendance
- Give their classification speech
While it is nice to have some contact outside of Rotary meetings, it is not required. I will check in with you before pairing you with a mentee to see if you feel like it will be a good match for the both of you.
