INSIDE SPOTS ARE FULL!
This vendor event is part of our annual fundraising campaign to send our students to summer camp. (This year we sent over 50 kiddos to camp!) We appreciate your interest in helping transform the lives of our students while promoting your business.
Please note:Only one representative from each direct sales company will be allowed.
You may not sell two direct sales companies from one booth. If you have two direct sales businesses, please purchase two booths.
Booth preference is given to members of Penn Forest Worship Center and prior vendors.
Set up will be Saturday Night, September 23rd from 6p - 9p (we're also having our movie on the lawn that night, so set up and join us for a great outdoor movie!!) and Sunday, September 24th from 8:30am-10:30am. The event will begin around 12pm (after service) and ends at 4:00pm. You are expected to remain the entire time.
We ask all vendors to arrive by 10:30am the day of the event. While you may stay with your table or worship with us at this time, the parking lot will be closed to through traffic.
This is part of our fall festival! We will have food trucks, bounce houses, etc. While you do not need to worship with us, we would love for you to join us in our outdoor service at 11am prior to the event! We are planning a large crowd. Last year it was estimated that over 600 people were on our campus throughout the day! (That's before the gullywasher came!)
This year we will have inside and outside booths and they are first come/first serve. The cost for the 10'' booth is $40. PLUS a donation for a door prize. Please make sure your business information is on your door prize as we will be promoting them as they are given away that day! You may rent a table for an additional $10. Tables are first come first serve.
Electricity is available but cannot be promised. (We will do our best if you need it!!)
Upon completing registration form, you will be contacted and total payment required. (Please allow some time for contact! We're at camps all summer!) You will have until August 15th to send payment. (Church online giving site or check mailed to Penn Forest Worship Center). If payment is not received by August 15th, we will move to the next person on the list.
