We are an independent humanitarian organization, primarily aimed at providing opportunities and needs for orphans and other individuals in need in Iraq. About the "Work from Heart" Volunteer Program:
The “Work from Heart” Program allows volunteers to partake in certain areas of interest where they feel their skills will be most helpful. These areas include: Public Relations & Events Team, Media Team, Sadaqa Boxes Team, Arabic Translation Team, Administration & Office Team.

Volunteers will be working closely with various members of the Al-Ayn Team as they have become apart of the Al-Ayn Family.  Our aim is to ensure that our volunteers are making a difference everyday. We want our "Work from Heart" volunteers to be part of our campaigns, events, social media outlets and spreading the very purpose that Al-Ayn holds. With the “Work form Heart” Program we hope that our volunteers will be active with us on a day-to-day basis, working along side us to create a better future for those who are less fortunate.
