Please complete the fields below to nominate an individual for our Hall of Honor. MHSF accepts nominations year round. For 2024, the cutoff for nominations is April 3rd. Submissions received after April 3rd will be considered for the following year.

Silversword Heritage Award: An alumni who is distinguished in life and work.

Award of Excellence: An alumni who has excelled in their field or profession.

Spirit of Maui Award: An alumni who significantly contributed to our community.

Inspiration Award: A faculty member (not necessarily an alumni) past or present, who went above and beyond and has made a difference to the students of the school.

Saber Spirit Award: An individual (not necessarily an alumni) who is an unsung hero to the school.

If you have nominated the person for the Spirit of Maui Award, Award of Excellence, or Silversword Heritage Award, please note the graduating class the nominee belonged to. If you have nominated the person for the Inspiration Award please note your nominee’s position at the school and the years served.

Why should the nominee be considered for the award*? *

Please provide specific details as to why the nominee should be considered for the specific Hall of Honor award that he/she is nominated for. Heavier consideration will be granted to thoroughly researched submissions. You may also forward newspaper articles, resumes, or any supporting documentation to support your recommendation of this nominee. Email supporting documents to sabers@mauihighschoolfoundation.com.

Are there any additional factors or information that the committee should know about the nominee? *

Please provide any additional information about the nominee that would help the committee better understand his/her accomplishments/contributions.
