The Conference CD will contain the submitted and accepted papers as they are at the moment of the conference with the status of WORKING PAPERS (the rights to be published later will remain with the authors). The CD is protected by ISSN and will be available at the moment of the conference. The revised form of the articles will be published after the conference in the Academic Journals that are associated with our Conference. In this way we encourage the discussions on each papers and their improvement. If the indicated journal will reject your article, the authors are invited to try to the other associated journals by their own effort, with the fully support of FoE Organizing Committee.
