Fairfax County Youth Survey - Opt Out Process

Each year our 10th and 12th grade students participate in the Fairfax County Youth Survey. This survey is administered in collaboration between the Fairfax County School Board and the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors. This year, West Potomac will be administering the Fairfax County Youth Survey to 10th and 12th graders on Monday, November 29, 2021. If you do not want your 10th/12th grader participating in this survey, please complete this google form by Monday November 23, 2021.
