MPI Virginia 2025 Board Application & Nomination
Application Deadline: May 14, 2024

All members interested in serving on MPI Virginia's Board of Directors are encouraged to complete this application form. This form can be filled out as a nomination of a peer, or as a self-application. 

Qualifications to serve on the MPI Virginia Board of Directors:
  • Must be an active member of MPI Virginia in good standing
  • Be willing to fulfill the obligations of the office in the capacity indicated
  • Have some experience, knowledge, or skillset for the given volunteer role
  • Be willing to commit to a contribution of time, energy, and creativity to the Chapter
What are the expectations if elected to the board?
  • Serve for a one (1) year term January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
  • Attend/participate in monthly board meetings (either virtually or in person, when offered). Members of the Board are granted two unexcused absences.
  • Attend & participate in a Spring and  a Fall Leadership Retreat. Each retreat spans two days and is at the expense of each board member. 
  • Attend MPI-VA quarterly networking & education events when able, at the expense of each board member.
