Please read the back of your five hour certificate. It contains most of the instructions you will need to take your test.

Drivers License restrictions
Please check your learners permit for restrictions. They may be listed on the front or back of your learners permit.
The most common restrictions are for corrective lenses. This will be designated by the letter "B" on the front of your learners permit. Restrictions may mean that you need your road test vehicle to be equipped with special or that you simply must bring your corrective lenses. You may not be able to take your road test if you do not have the proper equipment.
Road Test Fees
Every two times you take the road test you will owe the DMV $10 for road test fees. Have you taken the road test twice?
If you owe road test fees, we will be unable to schedule a test until they are paid.
