MAPA The Little Mermaid JR. Registration **WAIT LIST STATUS**
Please complete this form to register your child to participate in our 2020 MAPA production of THE LITTLE MERMAID JR. If you have multiple children, you will need to complete a form for EACH child.

Auditions- November 10th (Location TBA) from 2-6 pm. A sign-up form will be sent out later to all registered participants to sign-up for an audition time.  Callbacks will be held from 7 pm - 8:30 pm.  Only a small group of participants will be needed for callbacks.  

The show dates are January 31st at 7 pm and Feb. 1st at 1 pm and 7 pm (2-shows on Saturday) at Spring Hill Middle School.

The number of registrants for this production will be capped at a point determined by the production staff. Each registration will be time-stamped as it is received. It is possible that some will be placed on a waiting list. You will be notified by October 25th if you are on the audition list or if you have been placed on the waiting list.  Spots may open up closer to the audition date.  

Details about the audition workshop will be sent out ASAP to all registrants.  

SPECIAL NOTE: Rehearsals this year will be held on Tuesday, WEDNESDAY and Saturday.

COST: I acknowledge that the cost to participate is $100 per child or $180 per household (2 or more children in the same household.) This covers costs related to the production and includes a show shirt. I also understand that I may be asked to provide minimal costume/prop pieces for my child to aid in the production. Registration fee (cash or check) is due at the time of auditions. All who audition will be cast in the production.   *

REHEARSALS: I understand rehearsals will be held on Tuesdays, WEDNESDAYS, and some Saturdays. The week of the show, rehearsals will be held nightly. A cast member's rehearsal obligation will be dependent on their role. This means that participants will not necessarily attend all rehearsals or may only attend partial rehearsals. A detailed calendar will be provided each week so families can plan accordingly. With limited rehearsal time, it is important for all cast members to be present when scheduled. I understand that it is my responsibility to list all foreseeable rehearsal conflicts for each participant. (Conflict form will be sent out prior to auditions.) *
