1. Circle must be 15 years old or older to be eligible for registration. If the case is younger than 15 years of age, the parent is required to provide a registered name instead of personal and contact information.
2. Registered circles will not be able to change their booth names, bookers, names and emails.
3. Circle must book the booth exit area by indicating the SP number.
4. The 1 SP area of CoLiFes 2023 refers only to the area on the table for the laying of goods. The size is 180 cm X 75 cm. There will be 2 chair available
5. Please considering to stay in your booth no more than 2 people per 1 SP and please ware an Exhibitor tag throughout the event.
6. Circle will receive 2 Exhibitor tags per 1 SP booked area.
7. If you would like to have more than 2 members in the booth, an additional Exhibitor tag will be charged 200 THB per additional members, which will be define during the booking process. To pay together with the Booth Circle space fee, the Organizer team will not sell an Exhibitor tag on the show day.
8. Each circle will be able to register a space reservation up to 3 SP (Maximum 3 tables) and cannot be re-registered to increase the number of reservations.
9. The goods or merchandise that Circle brings must be related to POP culture, cartoon, anime, games, cosplay, TV series, movies or idols. For example, original manga, original character design, original art, doujin manga, crafts, fan art, photos, cosplayer, etc.
10. At CoLiFes 2023, the creator booth areas will be categorized into zones according to the type of goods and merchandise for the convenience of the visitors.
11. If your Circle contain multiple types of products. When you sign up, please choose the main category you want to easier for arrange your booth with the Circle in the same category. For example, Circle has both handmade and cosplayer products, but you want to be in the Cosplayer zone. Please select the category as Cosplayer and note that there are handmade products in the "More Booth Details" filling box.
12. Please note that in some cases where the Circle has goods in the category that is so very distant arranged in the hall area. The Organizer team reserves the right to allocate booth positions as appropriate.
13. The decision to characteristics of the goods or merchandise from the booth and the positioning of the boot by the Organizer team is considered final.
14. Food and beverage selling is prohibited in and around the venue of the event, with the exception of the specially arranged booth, which is only permitted by both the Organizer team and Shopping Mall.
15. In the decoration of the booth area, a label or ornament can be attached inside the area of the boot itself. The height must not exceed 2 meters from the floor.
16. It is prohibited to expand any portion of the SP area in an additional flat line out on any side.
17. It is prohibited to place any cargo, baggage or decorative equipment in the other booth area, or in any corridor or space at event without the permission of the Organizer team.
18. It is prohibited to do anything that may cause uncomfortable to other exhibitor or the visitor.
19. It is prohibited to do anything that could cause damage to the venue. If you are not sure, please consult the Organizer team.

There is no power supply in the Circle area.
21. It is not permitted for any person who are not registered as Circle to sell or offering goods/merchandise in the Circle Area.
22. In the case of a breach or non-compliance with any of the Rules or Agreements, if detected by the Organizer team, we reserves the right to suspend the distribution or request the removal of goods from the table or the move of items out of the event area.
23. The Organizer Team consideration and judgment is final.
