Sustainable Saratoga and Skidmore College invite sustainability-minded for-profit businesses and non-profit community organizations to apply to be exhibitors at the second annual Saratoga Sustainability Fair. The fair will be held on Saturday, April 4, 2020, from 10am-4pm (exhibitor hall open from 10am-3pm) at Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York.
The Saratoga Sustainability Fair will join local businesses, community organizations, experts, and community members together in an effort to support the interconnected pillars of sustainability -- environmental responsibility, social equity, and economic development -- and inspire attendees to take action to support the organizations in our region that are contributing to thriving, sustainable communities. The event will include a keynote address, an exhibitor hall, workshop presentations, campus tours, EV car show, and more.
If your organization is interested in participating, please respond with the following information. Space is limited, and applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis beginning January 30, 2020.
Fees for 8ft exhibitor table:
- For-profit organizations: $200 if paid before March 15, 2020, $300 thereafter
- Not-for-profit: $40 if paid by March 15, 2020, $80 thereafter
Skidmore College and Sustainable Saratoga want to ensure the exhibitor hall includes organizations at all stages of development. Any organization that believes the current fee structure poses a financial barrier may request a reduced rate.
***PLEASE NOTE: Exhibitors are not permitted to solicit donations or make any sales during the fair.***
***If you are also interested in participating as a workshop presenter, please fill out the Request for Presenters application.***
