Flying to an audition camp? Please submit your flight information no later than the Wednesday before the event. You only need to fill out this form if you are requesting ground transportation from the Bluecoats.
Shuttles to camp are provided between 7:30 and 10:00 am on the first day of the camp, so your flight should arrive by 9:30 am. Shuttles for departures from camp are provided beginning at 3:05 pm on the second day of camp, so we suggest booking your flight for 5:00 pm or later.
Shuttles are not provided to the Texas, California or Georgia Audition Experience Camps.
You will receive an email with pick-up information within one day of each event. Please save the phone number of your assigned shuttle driver. Should your flight be delayed or cancelled, please TEXT - do not call your assigned shuttle driver.
