Chester Pride has a limited number of pitches for market traders at the Chester Pride Reflect and Connect Fundraising Event which takes place 13:00 - 19:00, Saturday 18th September 2021, Castle Sq. Lower Car Park Chester.

If you are interested in a market pitch please fill out the form below to register your interest. Please note, this does not guarantee you a pitch as we will select from the applicants based on having a wide variety of stalls, and based on pitch size.

Pitches are 3x3m size, if your stall is bigger than this please let us know on the form below

Vehicles must be off site during the event, and will not be able to be brought back on site until the end of the event. We do not provide parking for vehicles.

No power is provided, however you are welcome to bring your own generator

Pitch prices will be tiered based on location, starting at £60 + VAT to a maximum of £100 + VAT

We do not provide gazebos, tables, or chairs, all traders must bring everything they need with them

We will ask for proof of insurance and other liabilities in advance of the event

Any gazebos brought with you must also be weighted for safety. We will ask you to leave or dismantle your stall if your pitch is found to be unsafe.

Chester Pride is committed to having as low an environmental impact as possible, so we will prioritise traders who have environmentally sustainable practices

If you are successful we will contact you with a booking form and an invoice.  Decisions on pitches will be made by August 1st 2021 Those unsuccessful may be added to a reserve list.
