Please check each dressage test you will be riding.  Dressage tests are for one horse/rider.  Upon receipt of your entry, you will be texted your fee total.  Dresssage classes are $20 per test or $50 for 3 tests and musical kurs are $15 per rider with an office fee of $8 per entry.  You may pay by cash, check, or Venmo.  Please be sure to pay for your tests by the closing date or your entry will not be complete. If you are entering class(es)  11, 12, or 21 which are Test of Choice classes, please list the test(s) you will be riding for each class.  If you are riding more than one Test of Choice class, please list the test you will be riding FOR EACH CLASS YOU ARE RIDING. If you are riding more than one test in a TOC class, please list each test for that class. 
If you are entering a WDAA test and want your show results submitted to WDAA, please list the owner and rider of the horse as well as their WDAA membership numbers. 
If you are entering Class 22, Please list if you are riding a freestyle, Pas de Deux or are in a Group.  List your partner(s) here if Pas de Deux or Group.  Each partner or group member must complete a separate entry. Only one secretary fee will be charged per entry/team. Also, please list your music. 
I understand that an ATSM helmet and heeled boots are required when mounted at Fox Run Farm *
A current negative Coggins test (within one year) is required.  Please list the date of your Coggins and have test available upon request.  *
Dressage entry fees are $20 per class or $50 for three classes.  Musical Kur classes are $15 per rider. A secretary fee of $8 will be assessed per each horse/rider entry.  You will be billed for your entry fees via text and your entry will be complete upon payment of fees.  You may use cash, check or  Venmo (elizabeth-wallace-101) for payment.  Closing date for entries is   5-7-24 and payment is due by 5-8-24.
