Only the products listed on this application will be allowed to be sold in the venue if you are selected.
The show will go on RAIN OR SHINE. There are no refunds or last minute cancellations due to the
weather. Please plan accordingly.
Acceptance
You will be notified via e-mail of your acceptance. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be due
immediately upon your acceptance to the event. Final payment in full will be required prior to arrival.
Your booth location will be determined at the event.
Electricity Provided
Electricity provided is 110v service with a 15-amp breaker.
Hospitality & What You Receive
As an accepted vendor, you will receive a weekend camping spot for up to two people in your business (that value of two passes exceeds the cost of your vending spot), access to bathroom trailers, many portable bathrooms, $5 shower trailer, water fill-up stations, and prime visibility in our vending area are all included when you are accepted as a vendor at our Shawnee Cave events. Food and Drink refreshments and concessions are also available for purchase on-site near the art/craft vendors.
INDEMNIFICATION CLAUSE - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
The Vendor (you) shall indemnify and hold harmless Shawnee Cave Amphitheater (us) from any and all expenses, fees, fines,
penalties, suits, proceedings, actions, property loss and/or damage in any way related to the Vendor’s participation in
the Shawnee Cave Amphitheater. I understand that it is my responsibility to man my booth at all times. It is my
responsibility to secure my booth. I understand Shawnee Cave Amphitheater is not responsible for any lost and/or
stolen items. Your signature below accepts the Shawnee Cave Amphitheater Rules, Regulations, and aforementioned
Vendor Policy.
Agreement I have read and understand the Shawnee Cave Amphitheater Rules and Regulations, and I agree to abide by these
rules and regulations. I understand that if I do not comply, I and the organization or entity I represent, if any, will be
asked to leave immediately with no reimbursement of fees paid and excluded from future participation in Shawnee
Cave Amphitheater events. I understand that by signing this application I am agreeing to indemnify Shawnee Cave
Amphitheater as well as follow all rules and regulations.
