Delta ry:n virallinen sähköinen aloitelomake. Aloitteen voi tehdä yksi tai useampi yhdistyksen jäsen. Aloite käsitellään hallituksen kokouksessa. Aloiteteksti ja aloitteentekijöiden nimet liitetään hallituksen kokouksen pöytäkirjan liitteeksi. Hallitus voi myös pyytää lisätietoja aloitteentekijöiltä. Tietoja säilytetään lomakkeella aloitetta käsitelleen kokouksen pöytäkirjan hyväksymiseen asti.

Aloitteen yhteyshenkilö täyttää lomakkeen ja jättää sähköpostiosoitteensa. Aloitelomakkeen kopio lähetään annettuun sähköpostiosoitteeseen.

Delta's official motion form. A motion can be filed by a single or multiple members of Delta. The board of Delta will process the motion and the content and the names of the filers will be documented in the board meeting's transcript. The board can ask for more information from the filers. The information in this form will be held until the board meeting's transcript is approved.

The contact person of the motion will fill the form and leave the email address. The copy of the form will be sent to this address.
