IFSER Educator's Summit 2024: Vendor Form
Each Summer, sonography educators gather for an Educator's Summit (ES) to network and share presentations on the latest in teaching, research, and technology in sonography. 
                                                                         
IFSER is a non-profit organization which strives to ‘Empower Educators’ with quality information in a comfortable, interactive setting. IFSER also supports medical missions in underserved areas globally. 

Our 2024 conference (ES) will be in Philadelphia, PA at Thomas Jefferson University. 

                                                       Friday, July12th  - Saturday, July 13th, 2024 

We invite you to participate in this unique event and get to know our dynamic group! Space is limited, so vendor registrations are on a "first come, first serve" basis - DON'T MISS OUT!

SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS:
1. VENDOR BOOTH: Minimum donation is $1,750 (although more is always appreciated to help support our goals)
This all-inclusive fee covers:
  • Recognizing your company as a valued sponsor on the IFSER website, on all our social media and ES signage, and at our Friday Night Networking Event (July 12th)
  • Access to email addresses of all attendees after the event
  • Booth space, table, chairs, access to electrical, and meals for 3 - 4 representatives
  • Vendor representatives are welcome to audit all lectures and earn CME credit  
2. Additional ways to support IFSER - Be a SILENT AUCTION DONOR; "Swag Bag" Contributor; DOOR PRIZE DONOR; or make a Financial Donation to IFSER
