Breaking Bias - Career Guidance as a Catalyst for Social Justice: practices that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in career guidance. This could include strategies for supporting underrepresented groups, combating biases in hiring processes, and fostering equal opportunities for all individuals (limited to 15 participants)

Inspire to Aspire - Career Services on Motivating Students: practices on how to better engage and motivate students, mainly Gen-Zs in their career development. Share insights on effective mentorship programs, articulation with student associations, interactive learning experiences, and strategies to create a motivating environment (limited to 15 participants)

Balance in Progress - Career Services on Well-Being: practices, strategies and programs that address mental health, work-life balance, and overall well-being in the context of career development. This could include initiatives for stress management, mindfulness, and creating supportive environments for students and professionals. (limited to 15 participants)
