CRITERIA:
• Nominees must be a current Jackson County Chamber of Commerce Member
• Building project must have been completed in the last 3 years

CONSIDERATIONS:
Substantial Façade and Facilities Improvement (Interior and/or Exterior):
• This award honors the owner of a building who has substantially upgraded the physical façade and facilities by improving the interior and/or exterior of an existing building within the last three years. One before and one after photograph must be submitted with each nomination.

New Construction (From the Ground Up):
• This award honors the owner of a new building that has been built from the ground up within the last three years. One before and one after photograph must be submitted with each nomination.

Private Project:
• Businesses or organizations that have made a commitment to renovating, locating or expanding their business in Jackson County, thereby creating new jobs and opportunities and increasing the economic vitality to a sector or neighborhood. One before and one after photograph must be submitted with each nomination.
