Dravet Syndrome UK Family Weekend. Pre-survey
We're delighted you'll be joining us for the annual Family Weekend away this month. Before we welcome you to the weekend, we'd love to hear how you're feeling about it - we'll also ask you how you're feeling afterwards. Not only will this help us to gain a better understanding of the impact of this event, we'll be able to develop our communications to families who are new to the Annual Family Weekend, as well as report to funders who help to make this event possible..
