Regular - Crew
The Crew staff is responsible for assisting all customer needs. They will work throughout the building to maintain a clean and orderly gym that provides a welcoming environment. While on shift, Crew is expected to display outstanding customer service. The Crew is knowledgeable of all RocVentures programs and has a thorough understanding of its offerings. As the first representative of RocVentures, Crew answers inquiries, promotes membership signups and connects with members. Preference will be given to those with experience working with youth and customer service roles. Weekend availability is preferred.

Regular - Supervisor 
Supervisors at RocVentures ensure an excellent climbing experience for members and guests by fulfilling a crucial role connecting the climbing community, management, and the RocVentures Crew. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, motivating staff, supervising team members, fostering a positive work environment, and making informed decisions in real-time. Supervisors report to the Management Team and work flexible shifts, including weekdays and weekends. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in youth engagement, customer service, and leadership roles.
